Meet Your Consultant
Dr. Sara Hill
As a former high school and college advisor, Dr. Hill has spent the last 15+ years guiding students to and through college success. Dr. Hill received her Bachelors degree. in Advertising and a minor in Leadership from the University of Florida. Go Gators! After working on a high school campus and in several small and large colleges, Dr. Hill returned to graduate school at University of Central Florida to earn a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management. In 2022, Dr. Hill completed her Doctoral Studies from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in Educational Policy and Organizational Leadership.
Dr. Hill has spent the last 17 years developing student success programming focused on career exploration and preparedness. For 5 years, Dr. Hill served students at Palm Beach State College and Lake-Sumter State College who were preparing to pursue a bachelors degree in a STEM field. Dr. Hill supported students in identifying required coursework, writing resumes, submitting scholarships, and understanding what they need to do to be a competitive candidate. The past few years, her time and energy has been spent developing career readiness programming focused on entrepreneurship for students across the nation.
